Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 January 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website facebookpagemanagement.com (the "Site") operated by Facebook Page Management ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
This Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow Facebook page owners to apply for a content partnership with us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
You must not:
- Submit false or misleading information in any application or enquiry
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or our systems
- Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
- Reproduce or redistribute Site content without our written permission
2. Partnership Applications
Submitting an application through this Site does not create a partnership, contract, or obligation on either party. All applications are reviewed at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application without providing a reason.
If we agree to work with you, the specific terms of that arrangement will be set out in a separate written agreement between us.
3. Our Services and Revenue Split
In a content partnership, we publish content to your Facebook Page on your behalf. You remain the owner of your Page at all times. We operate using the limited admin access you grant us and do not take ownership of your Page or your audience.
The revenue split is as follows:
- Facebook content monetization (payments Facebook makes to your Page for qualifying posts): split 50/50 between you and us.
- Display advertising revenue on your external website generated from traffic we drive from Facebook: split 50/50 between you and us.
- Sales revenue from your digital products, physical products, or services: 100% yours. We take no cut of sales.
You pay no upfront fees. Revenue splits are reconciled monthly based on verified earnings from Facebook and your advertising network. The specific reconciliation process will be set out in your individual partnership agreement.
We make no guarantees regarding:
- The amount of reach, views, or engagement any content will receive
- The amount of monetization payouts you will receive from Facebook
- The volume of traffic driven to your external website
Results depend on factors including your page's niche, existing audience, and Facebook's own policies and algorithms, which are outside our control.
4. Facebook's Policies
All content we publish is subject to Facebook's Community Standards and Partner Monetisation Policies. You are responsible for ensuring your Page remains in compliance with Facebook's terms at all times. We are not liable for any action Facebook takes against your Page, including demonetization, restriction, or removal.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, design, and code, is the property of Facebook Page Management unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of it without our written consent.
Content we create and publish to your Page on your behalf is created for the purpose of that partnership. Ownership of any such content will be addressed in your individual partnership agreement.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Facebook Page Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or any partnership arrangement, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Third-Party Services
This Site uses third-party services including Formspree for form handling and Google Fonts for typography. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
